Bill’s son, Billy Cantey, has taken over as the property manager-in-charge and heads up a full-time staff of five people. We specialize in managing houses, apartments and duplexes in the Greater Columbia area. You will find our rental properties located in areas such as downtown Columbia, Shandon, Rosewood, Forest Acres, Harbison, and the Northeast.

Cantey & Company is a full service property management firm.  We advertise our properties, find and screen tenants, execute and maintain proper rental agreements, and handle all of the day to day maintenance and repairs. 

Looking for a Rental Property:  Cantey & Company has a proven track record of matching tenants with a safe, affordable rental unit.  After going through our website and finding a property that meets your needs, we advise you to ride by the unit to check it out in person.  If it is what you are looking for, someone from our office will meet you at the property to walk through it with you.  You are then ready to apply and move in.
