Upon fulfilment of the rental agreement, the Security Deposit is refunded to you within thirty days after you vacate the property provided you meet all of the terms of the rental agreement. Please contact us if you do not receive a move out letter and cleaning checklist. You are responsible for providing a forwarding address.
48 hours prior to disconnecting utilities, please provide Cantey & Co. with the water and power disconnect dates. If you do not inform our office and the utility is disconnected, you will be charged a $50.00 reconnect fee. Please note, the utilities must remain on in your name until the end of your rental agreement.
Rent continues until the end of the agreement and all keys are returned. Please note: Rental agreement ends at NOON on the last day. Keys must be in the office by 12:00 PM.
